I am directed by Lord Lloyd to refer to your letter C.E. in C. 62609/40/24B. of the 3rd of August, on the subject of the site of the proposed new Naval Hospital at

Hong Kong and to request you to inform the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty that the Governor of the

Colony has agreed to the renewal of the option on the sit until September,

1941 on the terms which were communicated to you in the letter from this
